IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES

These disclosures clarify PIFF's role, service limitations, third-party dependencies, and the absence of guaranteed outcomes. They should be read with the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and any service-specific agreement.

Effective date: September 7, 2026Last updated: September 7, 2026
1.

General Information; No Automatic Professional Relationship

Website content, checklists, calculators, examples, educational materials, estimates, consultations, and preliminary communications are general information only. They do not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, investment-adviser, lender-borrower, or other regulated professional relationship. A PIFF client relationship begins only after PIFF accepts a specific engagement in writing and any required payment or intake requirements are completed.

PIFF is not a law firm, bank, lender, credit bureau, investment adviser, securities broker, insurance company, or government agency unless a specific written disclosure expressly states otherwise. PIFF does not provide services requiring a license that it does not hold.

2.

No Guarantee of Results

Business, tax, filing, website, listing, planning, and related outcomes depend on facts, client cooperation, market conditions, laws, government decisions, third-party systems, and other factors outside PIFF's control. PIFF does not guarantee approvals, processing times, refunds, savings, deductions, credits, audit outcomes, entity acceptance, rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, financing, credit improvement, or any other particular result.

Timelines and projections are estimates, not promises. Past results, case studies, examples, reviews, and testimonials do not guarantee a similar outcome and may not reflect typical results.

3.

Tax Services

Tax information is based on the facts provided, the scope accepted, and law and guidance available at the time. Tax laws and interpretations can change, sometimes retroactively. Clients are responsible for complete and accurate information, source documents, elections, review, signatures, payment of taxes, and meeting deadlines unless PIFF expressly accepts a responsibility in writing.

PIFF may rely on client-provided information without auditing or independently verifying it. Estimates of refunds, balances, deductions, credits, or tax effects may change after review, software calculation, government processing, amended information, or agency action. Government acceptance of an electronically filed return does not mean the return has been audited or approved on the merits.

Audit defense, examination representation, appeals, collections, legal opinions, amended returns, bookkeeping reconstruction, and responses to government notices are separate services unless expressly included. Nothing on the website is a covered opinion, tax shelter opinion, or guarantee against penalties. Tax-return information is used or disclosed only as permitted by applicable law and valid authorization.

4.

Business Formation and Filing Services

PIFF may assist with administrative preparation and submission of business-formation or registration documents. PIFF does not provide legal advice or determine whether an entity type, ownership arrangement, governing document, tax election, trademark, license, permit, registered agent, or compliance strategy is legally appropriate. Clients should consult qualified legal and tax professionals when needed.

Name searches and preliminary availability checks do not reserve a name, establish trademark rights, or guarantee approval. Government agencies control acceptance, rejection, fees, processing times, effective dates, and record availability. Filing an entity does not automatically provide licenses, permits, insurance, tax registrations, banking, ongoing compliance, liability protection in every circumstance, or intellectual-property rights.

5.

Websites, Domains, Hosting, and Online Listings

Website and listing services may depend on domain registrars, hosting companies, site builders, search engines, directories, mapping services, social platforms, analytics providers, and client-owned accounts. Their rules, algorithms, fees, outages, reviews, suspensions, ownership verification, and decisions are outside PIFF's control.

PIFF does not guarantee search placement, indexing, accessibility certification, uninterrupted operation, cybersecurity, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, or revenue. Search rankings and directory information can change without notice. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, clients are responsible for maintaining domains, subscriptions, credentials, renewals, lawful content, intellectual-property permissions, accessibility obligations, and platform compliance.

6.

Business Planning, Projections, and Recommendations

Business plans, budgets, forecasts, readiness assessments, valuations, benchmarks, and recommendations involve assumptions and forward-looking information. Actual results may differ materially. PIFF does not independently audit financial information unless expressly engaged to do so. Clients remain responsible for business decisions and should conduct appropriate legal, financial, insurance, and market due diligence.

7.

Automated Tools, Artificial Intelligence, and PASS

PIFF may use software, automation, artificial intelligence, templates, and proprietary workflows, including PASS, to organize information, support communications, identify tasks, generate drafts, monitor status, or improve efficiency. Automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, delays, or false alerts and should not be treated as final professional judgment without appropriate review.

Automation does not guarantee continuous availability, immediate response, successful delivery, regulatory compliance, or a particular outcome. PIFF may pause, override, correct, or require human review of automated activity. Clients should promptly report suspected errors and must independently review documents and decisions requiring their approval.

8.

Payments and Third-Party Transactions

Payments may be processed by independent providers under their own terms and privacy practices. PIFF generally does not control a processor's authorization, decline, hold, dispute, chargeback, settlement, security, or processing timeline. Government, filing, software, advertising, domain, hosting, merchant, shipping, and other third-party fees may be separate and nonrefundable once incurred or committed.

9.

Referrals, Links, and Third-Party Providers

PIFF may provide links, introductions, or information concerning third-party professionals, platforms, products, or services. Unless expressly stated in writing, a referral is not an endorsement, warranty, partnership, agency relationship, or guarantee. Clients are responsible for evaluating and contracting with third parties. PIFF is not responsible for their acts, omissions, advice, fees, availability, security, or results.

If PIFF receives a referral fee, commission, affiliate compensation, or other material benefit that requires disclosure, PIFF will disclose it as required by applicable law.

10.

Testimonials, Marketing, and Illustrative Examples

Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and may be edited for length, clarity, grammar, or privacy without changing their substance. They are not promises or representations that others will achieve the same results. Illustrations, mockups, sample calculations, scenarios, and stock or generated images may be used for demonstration and may not depict actual clients, employees, offices, results, or transactions.

11.

Government and Professional Affiliations

References to federal, state, or local agencies; tax authorities; filing offices; credit bureaus; banks; payment networks; technology providers; or professional organizations do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, or affiliation. Government forms, fees, rules, and processing are controlled by the applicable agency.

12.

Security and Electronic Communications

PIFF uses safeguards designed for the sensitivity of information it handles, but no system or transmission is completely secure. Ordinary email and text messaging may not be appropriate for sensitive tax, identity, or financial documents. Use the secure method PIFF designates. Electronic communications may be delayed, misdirected, blocked, intercepted, or affected by third-party systems.

13.

Emergencies, Deadlines, and Official Notices

The website, general inboxes, forms, automated messages, and social-media channels are not monitored continuously and should not be used for emergencies, imminent filing deadlines, court deadlines, government response deadlines, or time-sensitive legal notices unless PIFF has expressly confirmed receipt and responsibility in writing. Submitting information does not extend a deadline or establish that PIFF has accepted an engagement.

14.

Conflicts and Updates

A signed or affirmatively accepted service-specific agreement may contain additional or different disclosures. If there is a conflict, the more specific agreement controls for that service. PIFF may update these Disclosures prospectively by posting a revised version with a new date. Applicable law controls over any inconsistent statement.
